Comments Strong start, lots of beat and the odd synth here and there. The slowdown goes down a very different route, a piano break on the emotional side; so quite a change. You don't get a feel for where this track is going until quite late on. The hard sound is going to get a little softer, but it doesn't happen it still sounds fairly rough and tough. I like the melody, quite upbeat and it gets a nice tempo change in the second half. Lots of energy, keeps things relatively simple and just gives you enough to get your ears into. Really nice long melody as well, so lots of time to soak this one up. A very good tune.

Comments Good classic trance feel to this, right from the off; so a good start. The slowdown brings a piano into play and some other melodies, sounds a bit confused at times; but it sorts itself out. The tune comes back together when the melody starts, which again sounds a bit confused; there's quite a lot going on. This doesn't help the track, you get the main synth; but elsewhere things just sound a bit out of step. This needs a little less so you can hear only a few thigs and concentrate on them. Bit too much like an anthem and a shame as it started well.

Comments A label I really like that I haven't seen a lot from of late, so good to find this. Strong start, strong beat and lots of interesting sounds. The slowdown you get what I will describe as vocals, but sounds very much like gibberish (perhaps angel talk). The tune then starts to build and it has a really exciting feel to it, very classic trance. The beat the comes back in and you get this theatre of sound that just swirls around you. The beat pumps along and you are waiting for that lift, which comes with the vocals being phased back in. Definitely a wave your hands in the air track and then it goes up another notch with an extended melody, a piano break is more prominent and the tune is really at its peak. It's missing a real killer section, but what you do have is a really cool sound.

Comments 3 very good mixes of this track, not often you get that. A good solid beat (as always) and some really nice synths. The slowdown throws these out there and you start to get to grips with the tune and then the melody comes into play, quite quickly actually. This brings the tune together, the beat and melodies gel nicely and you have a very euphoric trance tune, with a touch of the emotional. The thing that stood out for me was the long melody and how the artist adds bits here and there to keep things fresh; especially towards the end. Not a lot wrong with this tune or in fact the whole offering. Nice.

Comments Long time since I have listened to something by either of these artists. Glad I stopped by with this one as I like the deep sounds and more classic sounding trance. This has that great sound that we all associate with good trance or dance music and it's used to really good effect. The build-up is pretty average, gives you a taste of things until you get to the melody. Here you get a sound that is just constantly delivered, it barely changes throughout, but because it has such a good sound it really works. The end softens a bit, which is a nice way for things to fade out. Not an epic track, but this has that little something that you could have been looking for.

Comments A solid enough start, lots of bass and the beat flows nicely. The slowdown as you would expect does the opposite and whilst it keeps the theme of the track it does bring it right down. When things start again, it does feel very flat if I am honest. The whole sound doesn't have anything that really stands out, it all sounds very much in the background. This changes slightly with a really nice melody that is added, a kind of reverbing piano; a very nice touch all be it a tad late. You do get a second melody, which is always nice; but it's no different so again this would have made the track that bit more exciting. It's a good tune, just could have been a bit better.

Comments This is hugely difference to what this artist usually produces and it's a very nice and welcome change. A beach tune and a very laid back one at that, something you might find on a Cafe del Mar album to be honest. This has got some great plucky strings and a very slowed down and ambient feel to proceedings. It's badged as progressive trance, but I don't agree this is too chilled for that. Whilst I do like this it is missing quite a bit in the middle. You have a really nice build up and then not a lot happens, which does kind of let things down. A great mellow tune, one for the end of the night.

Comments A good tune from a good artist, equally on a good label. The start is strong, with a nice fresh bouncy feel. There are some nice synths, which oddly enough remind me of summer. You then hit the slowdown, which for a while you would think you had changed to a different track; it goes that far off. The track eventually comes back, but by this point I've lost interest; it has taken far too long to get going. The melody is actually pretty good, big loud synth driving things and the beat from the beginning. Bit torn on this, so will go with my first instinct.

Comments Both versions of this are worthy note, with this being a bit more dance style. Nice start, good beat and the sound is just about right. Not too much of a slowdown before the melody comes to life. Here we have the beat and a few extra sounds which combined together give this a real nice feel. Second half gets a very nice uplift by ways of a piano break, the tune at this point is very euphoric and very summery. It does end a bit abruptly and could have gone one for a few more verses, but what you have works.

Comments This is a stunning tune, that is very deceptive based on how it starts. The beginning is quite hard and whilst I like, it's not the start of a tune that would normally immediately grab me. I heard this whilst flying to Tokyo from Hong Kong and it blew me away, I must have played it a dozen times back to back. The slowdown is where things start to get interesting and the synths are really nice alongside the whole build-up, you know for sure this is going to be something special. The melody then starts and you simply melt into what you are hearing. The whole thing just lifts you up and then keeps spinning you around, whilst giving your senses a gentle massage. The second half gets a great uplift as well, but by this stage you are lost in the sound. This is a sublime tune and will be one of my Top 10 for 2016, it's that good. Go buy this now, you will not be disappointed.

Comments This is quite a short track, which in this case kind of works; but a few extra minutes wouldn't have gone a miss. This is quite different from what I was expecting, this is quite a deep track with lots of bass and noise. It's a nice change I will add as the artist is someone that I really like, so something different is always welcome. The melody is full of nice synths, with the main one being very prominent. It's not too much on the ears, the pace works well and you get a nice sense to what the artist is trying to achieve. Where this falls short is the length as I think if longer it could have explored the sound a lot more. That said, the melody is very well constructed and you get a nice uplift in the second half with quite a different synth. Worth a listen.

Comments The original of this will always be the best and there have been quite a few remixes to date, none of which I have liked; except this one. This keeps the undertone and essence of the original, the haunting vocals and the whole feeling of space; which I love. When things get down to business you get quite a different slant on the tune, but the theme is still there. This is a more modern approach and sounds a lot more up-to-date, a lot fresher; but again, keeping the essence of the tune. Where it falls short is that it ends quite suddenly, just when things were getting interesting and this is a real shame as this could have been a seriously good remix of a true classic.

Comments Love the start to this, really bouncy and with a ton of energy which really gets you into the tune. Slowdown is a bit boring, but the melody more than makes up for that. This jumps up and slaps you in the face with what is actually a fairly simple sound, but it's very well delivered. That energy at the beginning oozes through this and in the later part of the melody you get an extra uplift which just increases the energy flow. The ending is quite brilliant, everything comes together in a really big symphony of sound. It's a simple track that just delivers on sound, I really like this.

Comments A fave label which I haven't had much from lately, so nice to get this. Gets down to business quite early, a slowish start and then the beat just drops in; sounds good. You get some nice synths before the slowdown and when there it does drop off completely and you get a melody that was there from the beginning. I do love the melody that then starts, a simple sound that builds up and own and when the beat starts to build underneath it sounds really good. The tune comes to life and I was expecting a bit more of an explosion, which comes in the second half (thankfully). It's not all noise I would add, it's a progressive build-up to a sound at the end which just rolls nicely over the years. The end if nice, fades itself out gradually rather than all of a sudden. Nice tune.

Comments I had to listen to this a few times and all 3 versions are pretty good. It's quite a tech heavy tune, with lots of stop starts noises and you need to listen through this as it does get a bit smoother on the ears. The break seems really long for not a lot and once the melody does start, you are losing a bit of interest. I do however like the sound here. It's deep, with a piercing piano sound which does sound good. Unfortunately, that's about it with this and it only scores because all the mixes are OK and there will be one that catches your ear. I would add, the ending of this is really nice, the piano melody changes around and has a lot more soul to it. If only a little bit earlier.
